When swiping first a credit card and then a second credit card for a split tender transaction, or applying a gift card after a credit card, the second swipe would not be read by our system. This is now resolved.
Our system was incorrectly categorizing some emails through SendGrid as Hard Bounced. We have resolved this so emails that were previously mis-categorized will instead be marked as Soft Bounce going forward so you do not lose permanent access to these email addresses.
In an effort to continually improve our Point of Sale experience, we have implemented 3 adjustments:
When refunding a product bundle the tax will now calculate correctly based on the parent bundle SKU.
We had an issue where, when both a taxable and non-taxable product were on an order and the non-taxable item was refunded, the tax would also refund. This has been resolved so no tax will refund on non-taxable items.
When using the Product Importer, you can create new Product Brands which was preventing wineries from entering their Brand Keys when using ShipCompliant Brand Key. This has been resolved and Brand Keys can now be added to new Product Brands.
