New iOS versions are exciting! But they also frequently have bugs which affect software like Vin65.

New Club Tool: Process by State

We’re introducing more ways for you to manage your wine club, your way.

In addition to processing clubs by Ship and Pick Up customers, you can now process your clubs by State as well.

Process your clubs in smaller batches, or avoid spoilage from shipping to states experiencing hot or cold flashes with this handy new feature.

A Little Makeover for Signatures

A small fix to make the signature screen more intuitive: a line with an 'X' has been added beneath "Please Sign Here" on the POS signature screen.

View Original Order Number on Your Refunded Orders

We have added original order numbers to your refunded order view to make it easier for you to see your customers' order history.

Auto-Populate Address Data and Card Type

Through the power of Google addresses now auto-populate as you begin to type them in the AdminPanel and Base2 checkout.

There's one less step when entering credit card data as well: card type will auto-populate when a credit card number is entered.

Introducing Import/Export for Customer Notes

Wish you could import and export your customer notes? Well good news, now you can! Check out the new Note Actions section on the right side of the Notes page in the AdminPanel. 

Apply filters through Advanced Search and Export the records at the click of a button, or do mass uploads of your notes with the Import function.

Improvements to POS Performance

We understand that having a blazing fast point of sale system in your tasting room is critical and we want you to know we’re working around the clock to address the reliability problems some of you have encountered on our POS in recent weeks.

Here's what we've done so far:

• Optimized customer search: when you search for a customer on the POS you will get the same results with less load on the servers
• Optimized order listing: when you list your orders on the Order Manager it will render faster with less load on the servers
• Removed legacy pieces of code that will improve Internet functionality overall by preventing unnecessary server calls that slow down the system

Coming soon is a new retry system and in the next 60 days we will also be implementing better caching around products, product images and coupons which will reduce server calls and wireless reliance, improving speed and performance.

Refunding Custom Taxes

Our Canadian and Australian clients can now refund custom taxes in an AdminPanel partial refund. 

Fixing Declined Tenders in Quickbooks V2 Report

The issue where declined credit card tenders appeared as an extra line has now been resolved in the Quickbooks V2 Report.
