New: Tock Introduces Smart Groups

Since announcing our partnership with Tock, the reservation management platform, in July, we've been busy collaborating on new and innovative features to enhance our integrated offering.

Based on your feedback, we’re excited to introduce two upgrades to the WineDirect-Tock integration that make reservations an even more powerful tool for you: 

• Real-Time Sync between Tock and WineDirect ensures that bookings and club memberships will now update across platforms instantaneously.
• Smart Groups allow you to automatically apply special pricing to your club members and VIPs, making it easier to comp or discount tastings.
