The Contact Types section allows you to manually manage which Contact Types an individual is tagged with. Simply check or uncheck the boxes next to a Contact Type to add or remove an individual from this Contact Type. 1. Navigate to Contacts and locate the customer account you wish to edit.
2. Go to Contact Properties > Manage Contact Types.
3. Click Edit.
4. Check or uncheck the contact types that you want to add or remove for the customer.
