It's a way for a 3rd party system to connect to WineDirect to send/receive data (i.e. a 3rd party POS system could connect to WineDirect through webservices to grab orders, clubs, contacts, etc.). Webservices are detailed in your selected plan. If you're on a WineDirect Lite plan and would like to add the ability for API access, via a Webservice add-on package, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
