It's month to month. Cancel anytime.

Is the free 30-day trial really free?

Yep. Try out the WineDirect ecommerce and/or point of sales tools for 30 days with no fees or strings attached.

Is there a per-transaction or percentage of winery sales?

Nope. You work hard for your sales, so the profit is all yours. Know exactly what you pay based on the price levels.

Is technical or customer support included?

Yep! We have a lot of free support (calls, tickets, online help site, community forum, and free training webinars every week).

What payment gateway(s) can I use?

If you'd like WineDirect Plus, you'll need to use USAePay/iPayments (it powers the credit card updater tools). If you're going to use lite, ecommerce, or POS, you can still use USAePay, or others like Authorize.net.

Can I change plans or add something at anytime?

Absolutely! Try out ecommerce, or POS first, and then change at anytime.

What happens if I leave?

You own the data, period. You can export your data anytime (the WineDirect team will assist with sensitive data (i.e. credit cards).

No. We accept payments by credit card.

Absolutely! Your security means a lot to us. We're PCI DSS compliant so your data and customer info is ultra secure.

What is a Webservice?

It's a way for a 3rd party system to connect to WineDirect to send/receive data (i.e. a 3rd party POS system could connect to WineDirect through webservices to grab orders, clubs, contacts, etc.). Webservices are detailed in your selected plan. If you're on a WineDirect Lite plan and would like to add the ability for API access, via a Webservice add-on package, please contact sales@winedirect.com for more information.

What are the pricing tiers?

You are able to choose if you'd like your:

  1. Monthly fee to be based on a monthly sales limit (for most wineries this mean lower winter rates and higher summer rates) - or
  2. Monthly fee to be based on an annual sales limit (this allows you to predict what your fee is every month, based on last years sales - (after 1/1/2018))
