Product Reports
Product reports give you insight into your inventory and SKUs, including gift cards and event tickets. If you are using Inventory options on the WineDirect platform you will be able to generate reports on products using inventory. For more information on the inventory options please see the Inventory Documentation. The following is a list of Inventory Reports available as well as a description of what each report contains:
List of Product Reports
Inventory Summary: This report allows you to view a summary of all your products using inventory settings, their current inventory amount, notification level, and out of stock message. Learn More >
Inventory Transactions: This report allows you to view each inventory transaction for products using inventory. It will display Start Balance, any changes to inventory + or - , and the End Balance between the date range selected. Learn More >
Inventory Velocity: This report reviews the sales of a SKU over the last 30, 60, and 90 days. Based on the inventory you currently have and the sales that you have made for the SKU over these time frames, the report approximates the rate you will deplete your remaining inventory plus recommends actions (OK or Replenish) for the next 30, 60, 90 day interval. Inventory Sold: This report displays a complete breakdown of your inventory in each particular pool along with the sales associated in a given time frame. Learn More >
Snooth: The Snooth report allows you to download a list of your wines so that you can import them into Snooth for product searches. Learn More >
Event Tickets: This report is designed to be exported from the WineDirect platform and imported into your ticket scanner software/solution, thus allowing you to monitor the tickets sold and scan/verify an attendee's ticket to be valid or not. Learn More >
Gift Cards: The Gift Card Summary and Transaction reports provide you with the ability to see the details on all of your Gift Cards. Learn More >
Credits: The credit reports allow you to run both a current balance report (Credit Summary) and a detailed Credit Transaction report to view and manage customers with credits saved on account. Learn More >
Recipes with Products: The Recipes with Products report allows you to obtain a list of Recipes that uses a Wine/Product as an ingredient. Learn More >
