Import/Export
On the WineDirect Platform, users are able to import and export data and specific information. For all Australian clients, please remember to change the Date Format from MM-DD-YY to DD-MM-YY on Excel when performing any Imports with dates. Sample files are formatted in MM-DD-YY by default.

- My customer number/tracking number is being changed in excel to a different format, what's going on here? (eg. E+11)
- If I import an order with an unused order number that is smaller than the current order count (for example, if I imported order 5555 and the current count is 10001) the does order count continue from my imported order?
My customer number/tracking number is being changed in excel to a different format, what's going on here? (eg. E+11)
Excel is most likely formating your large number into scientific notation for better visibility. This can be fixed by formatting the Customer Number or Tracking Number Column into Text format.
If I import an order with an unused order number that is smaller than the current order count (for example, if I imported order 5555 and the current count is 10001) the does order count continue from my imported order?
The order count will continue from the highest order number in the system. So to use the example above, the next order into the system would be order number 10002, not 5556.
