It's month-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Is there a per-transaction or percentage of winery sales fee?

US wineries pay a low monthly fee plus 1-2% of monthly sales based on their pricing plan. If you make more than $2 million in annual sales, we'll work with you to develop a custom quote. Reveiw the Billing FAQ for more details.

Is technical or customer support included?

Yes! All clients have access to our support team via phone and email 7 days a week, plus our extensive Documentation site to find how-to guides, videos and more. 

For wineries on DTC plans, support packages are tailored to your business level and included in your pricing. You have the option to upgrade your support plan as well.

What payment gateway(s) can I use?

In the US and Canada, take advantage of our fully integrated payments solution, WineDirect Payments. In Australia, we are integrated with eWay.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

What happens to my data if I leave?

You own the data, period. You can export your data anytime (the WineDirect team will assist with sensitive data (i.e. credit cards).

No. We accept payments by credit card or ACH.

What is a Webservice?

It's a way for a 3rd party system to connect to WineDirect to send/receive data (i.e. a 3rd party POS system could connect to WineDirect through webservices to grab orders, clubs, contacts, etc.).
