Improvements to SendGrid Integration to Reduce Hard Bounces

Our system was incorrectly categorizing some emails through SendGrid as Hard Bounced. We have resolved this so emails that were previously mis-categorized will instead be marked as Soft Bounce going forward so you do not lose permanent access to these email addresses.

POS Improvements for Taxes, Characters Limits and Cash Drawer

In an effort to continually improve our Point of Sale experience, we have implemented 3 adjustments: 

• We have adjusted the UI so if you're using Custom Tax 3, the number displayed will match the accurate calculation of tax on the order 
• When entering a POS Title for a product in the Admin Panel with more than 50 characters, saving your edits will no longer result in an error
• When refunding an order that is not cash, the cash drawer will no longer open automatically, and will only open for cash sales/refunds 

Gift Memberships Notification Error Resolved

When gift memberships are enabled, some non-gift club orders incorrectly displayed “This is a gift membership order”. This has been resolved.
 

Tax Now Calculates Correctly on Product Bundle Refunds

When refunding a product bundle the tax will now calculate correctly based on the parent bundle SKU.

Refunded Orders With Both Taxable and Non-Taxable Items Will Refund Correct Tax

We had an issue where, when both a taxable and non-taxable product were on an order and the non-taxable item was refunded, the tax would also refund. This has been resolved so no tax will refund on non-taxable items.

ShipCompliant Brand Sync and Product Importer Now Allow New Product Brand Creation

When using the Product Importer, you can create new Product Brands which was preventing wineries from entering their Brand Keys when using ShipCompliant Brand Key. This has been resolved and Brand Keys can now be added to new Product Brands.

POS Signature Screen Rotation Resolved

Some iOS devices were displaying the tip/signature screen incorrectly on the POS when the device was rotated. This has been resolved so the signature screen will display properly on all iOS devices. 

Held Orders Can Now Be Resumed When Security Groups Are Enabled

If a staff member was assigned to a security group where order editing was restricted, they were not able to resume held orders. This has been resolved so held orders can be resumed. 

Improvements to POS Order Manager performance

A caching issue was causing the Order Manager on the POS to slow down. This has now been resolved.
