The order email tab is used to resend order information and tracking information to the customer.
1. To send the order confirmation email to the customer, simply check the box and then click Process.
2. At other times once you have added a tracking number to the order you can send the Tracking Email to your customer as well. Check the box and click Process.
If customer is missing the order confirmation email, it can also be resent through the Customer's Profile Email tab.
