Inventory
The inventory (Store > Inventory) section of the admin panel is a convenient way to manage all of the inventory for your products. This is a master list of all products that use inventory and the current count that each product holds in each of the pools. You are also able to transfer inventory from one pool to the other from this section.

Search For A SKU
1. Go to Store > Inventory.
2. In the search bar enter the SKU you are looking for and click Search.
3. The page will reload and display the product that you were searching for and the current inventory count in each of your inventory pools.
Advanced Search Options
Additional search options are available for searches by Product Name, Inventory Pool, Brand, etc. Just click the Advanced menu located below the search bar to expand this menu.
Edit Inventory
Here is a table of definitions for all of the editable properties for Inventory:
| Product Uses Inventory | If the product uses inventory. Yes or No. |
|---|---|
| Current Inventory | The current inventory quantity. |
| Change Inventory | Make a change to the current inventory. |
| Leave Inventory As Is | Leave the inventory quantity the way it is. |
| Adjust Inventory | Add or Subtract X amount from the inventory. You can also leave a note in the Notes field regarding the adjustment. |
| Reset Inventory To Specific Number | Reset the inventory quantity to a specific quantity. |
| Transfer Inventory | Transfer inventory quantity from one pool to the pool you are in. You can also leave a note in the Notes field regarding the transfer. |
| Product Uses Default Inventory Settings | Does the product use the default inventory settings? Yes or No. |
| Out Of Stock Option | Appears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. Deactivate Product, Back Order And Display Message, or Don't Sell And Display Message. |
| Out Of Stock Message | Appears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. Free form text option to include an Out of Stock Message to the customer. |
| Display Quantities Left At | Appears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. Once inventory quantities depleat to the specified amount, they will be shown on your website with the product. |
| Email Notification At | Appears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. A notification email will be sent to an admin user when the inventory quantities reach the specified amount. |
| Email Notification To | Appears when Product Uses Default Inventory Settings is set to No. The email address for the recipient who is to receive email notifications for when inventory quantities have reach the specified amount as listed above. |
