Editing a Draft Order

Selecting 'view draft order' will take you into the specific order within the batch. Within the draft order, you can easily edit or update the payment information, edit the ship to or pickup location, or adjust and change products within the order.  

Enhanced clubs allows you to save edits you make to a draft order. This order can be run in batch with other orders as you are no longer required to process immediately after editing.

 

Editing payments: within the editing payment pop-up window you can edit the current card on file or add a new card to the contacts credit card list.  If you decide to add a new card you can update the club membership to use that card and you can also define that card as the default card on the contact account.

 

Editing shipping: from this field, you can edit while the customer is a pickup or a ship to the member for this shipment. You can select from a list of the contacts delivery addresses, or you can add a new address in this popup window. If you add a new delivery address, you can easily mark that new delivery address the default for this membership.

 

Editing order items: selecting to edit the order items will allow you to search for products (just as you did when creating the batch edit, the price edit, updating the quantity, or removing a current product from the shipment). Saving after making an edit in this field will save those selections for the customer so there is no need to process this order after editing.
