Building a Club

 

Start by selecting the Plus Button.

As always, it is required that you give your wine club a name. The POS name will be the name displayed under the contact when a club member contact is added to a POS order. The teaser and description fields of a new club behave and display in the same way as the legacy club tools.

The teaser: this is the information that will be displayed online, and it provides your customer with a reason or an incentive to join the club. The teaser can also be found when the customer logs into their account and selects their club list.

The description: this is it great place to put additional information about the club, it will be visible when a new club member signs up for the first time, and when current club members access their club membership within their club list.

New club creation is centralized so that all the important setup functionality is on one interactive screen.  

Scroll down to select your delivery options and select to allow for people to join your club either from states that you are compliant with or from all states that can access your website.

You can specify if pick up for any of your club shipments is allowed by toggling it off or on. For reference, pickup will be toggled on by default.  So long as pickup is toggled on you will have the ability to add a pick up handling fee.

In the availability field, you will be able to toggle off or on that your club status is active.The club is visible as a sales channel on your website. Deactivating a club will not allow that club to display on the web. Please note that a club can be active and not displayed, active and displayed on the web, or inactive (which will not display on the web).

In the communication field, you will be able to select a custom signup email, or you may continue to use the system default club sign-up confirmation. Regardless of the selection when setting up a new club there is no default, and you must select an email document for each new club that you build.

After building a club: There are new visualizations of your active, on hold, and canceled memberships.

You can view the clubs’ batch orders or create new club batches by selecting the folder icon in the upper right-hand corner.  New clubs have additional pop-up navigation assistance on all of their buttons, as well as detailed descriptions of what certain fields do.

 

To view the club as if you were signing up for the club select the view club icon to the right of the view shipment icon in the upper right-hand corner.
