Is WineDirect Payments part of my existing ecommerce plan?

There is nothing changing about your service or pricing. Please just note that your billing and other documents will now say "WineDirect Payments" instead of "Change Merchant Solutions".
You can also look forward to more streamlined customer service and exclusive new features, including the EMV card reader.
When will the EMV card readers be ready?
The EMV card reader is currently in beta testing. We will update you when it is ready for launch.

WineDirect Payments is our preferred payments solution as it is fully integrated with all of our products and services and offers exclusive access to features including the EMV card reader. However we will continue to support other payment providers for the time being.
