WineDirect Payments is our preferred payments solution as it is fully integrated with all of our products and services and offers exclusive access to features including the EMV card reader.
In early 2020, we will be moving away from supporting multiple payment gateways, so that we can put more resources behind WineDirect Payments -- all in an effort to provide you with the best experience possible, from superior service to advanced security and functionality.
What if I am in a contract with an existing gateway provider?
Oftentimes you can cancel your service with your existing provider without penalty. In the rare cases that your existing provider wants to charge you a cancellation fee, the savings you will experience with WineDirect Payments usually exceed any cancellation fee in a few months.
