FedEx Shipment Export

The FedEx Shipment Export Report is a .CSV format file that is formatted for FedEx. The report can then be imported into FedEx manually as an easier solution to export orders for shipping.

To access this report in your admin panel, navigate to Reports > Sales > FedEx Shipment Export.

We have several parameters you can use to generate your FedEx Shipment Export Report on:

  • From Date
  • To Date
  • Date Type (Submitted, Completed, Ship/Pickup, Modified)
  • Ship On (Date)
  • Orders (Only To Be Shipped, Only At Fulfillment, All Records)
  • Club
  • Ship Method
  • Wrap On (Don't Wrap, 1 Bottle, 6 Bottle, 12 Bottles)

Customizing A Sales Report

FedEx Shipment Export Report Definitions

Customer ID The customer number assigned to each contact.
Name First and last name of the customer.
Company The customer's company name.
Address1 The customer's shipping street address.
Address2 Additional shipping street address information.
City The customer's shipping city.
State The customer's shipping state.
Zip The customer's shipping zip code.
Country The customer's shipping country.
PhoneNumber The customer's phone number.
EmailAddress The customer's email address.
Group The Club Processing Shipment name (if applicable).
TransactionNumber The order number.
Weight The total weight of the order.
Residential TRUE or FALSE for residential shipping address.
NumberOfPackages The total number of packages in the shipment.
ServiceName The Shipping Type selected.
EmailFlag Y or N
