POS End of Day

The POS End of Day report is designed to help you close your tasting room registers at the end of the day and aid in reconciliation of your POS for your accounting team. It is similar to the Daily Activity Report but includes different information that you can use to keep track of your winery's performance. 

Running your Report

1. Go to Reports > Financial > POS End of Day.  

2. Adjust the date that you'd like to run the report for. 

3. Click Export to queue your report for download. It will be emailed to you when ready. You can also Save As or click Actions > Schedule to schedule your report to generate on a recurring basis (Plus only). Learn More > 


Columns in this Report

Winery The name of your winery. 
Date The date that the data corresponds to. 
Sales by Department The sales that were completed by department, including department code, total inventory sold and total sales. 
Sales Overview The sales overview breakdown including gross sales, refunds, discounts, shipping, handling, deposit, taxes, custom taxes, order total, tip and total after tip. 
Sales by Tender Type Total sales by each tender type associated with your POS. 
Sales by Contacts The contact status, order count, total after tip and average sales across your orders. 
Sales by Associate The sales associate, order count, total after tip and average sales across your orders. 
Sales by State The state code and ship order count associated with your orders. 
Quarantined Orders The state code and ship order count associated with your ship orders.
