Daily Activity Report
This report allows you to mimic reports that come out of the traditional POS systems. This report displays Sales Overview, Sales By Order Type, Sales By Tender Type, Order Summary, Sales By Brand, Sales By Department, Sales By SKU, Club Signups and Club Cancellations.
We have several parameters you can use to get the most accurate Daily Activity report:
- From Date
- To Date
- Date Type
- Bundles
- Order Type
- Order Status
- Vendors
Reports export in .CSV format.
You can access the Daily Activity Report by navigating to Reports > Financial > Daily Activity Report
Here are the definitions of what will populate in your Daily Activity Report:
| Date Range | The timeframe of sales from a specific date to another. |

| Sales Overview |
The analysis of Gross Sales, Discount and Net Sales. |
| Sales By Order Type | This section breaks the sales based upon the order types. |
| Sales By Tender Type | This section allows you to view your sales based on the payment type the customer used: Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, etc), Check, Gift Card, Cash. |
| Order Summary | This section allows you to view a summary of your sales between the chosen date ranges. Order summary lists the Number of Orders, Average Order Value, Number of Refunds and Total Refunds. |
| Sales By Brand | This section allows you to view your sales based on brands your website carries. |
| Sales By Department | This section allows you to view your sales based on departments on your website. |
| Sales By SKU | This section allows you to view sales by SKU. SKUS will double if product was sold at a different price. |
| Club Signups | This section allows you to view members who sign up, sign up date and which club they joined. |
| Club Cancellations | This section allows you to view which members cancelled, the cancellation date and which club they removed themselves from. |
| Guest Count | Details the club, non-club, and total visitors to your restaurant if you are using POS Restaurant Features. |
