Where does the social media data shown in the dashboard come from?

Our social data engine pulls in publicly available social media information from the web.

Are all of my customers reflected in the social media data?

No, only your customers with publicly available social media data will be displayed.

What is a Social Influencer and how is that calculated?

Customers displayed here have most highest potential for social media influence: they have an order history with your winery and have at least 10% more followers than the average customer with public social media data in your CRM. Customers with the most recent orders will be populated first. Use this data to start a conversation with customers on social media that are more likely to promote your brand via retweets, shares, etc. Everyone loves a good shout out!

What can I do with the Network Stats dashboard?

The Networks Stats widget shows you which social media platforms have the highest number of users with public social media data in your CRM, as well as the platforms with the highest LTV. Use this data to refocus your marketing campaigns and advertising to the social channels that your best customers use most.

Is there a limit to how many words I can enter and track in the Social Keyword Feed?

You can enter up to 5 words for monitoring. These can be a combination of keywords, handles and/or hashtags.

Initially the feed will include data from Twitter, with data from Facebook and Instagram following shortly.
