Social dashboard tools allow you to see social media channels that offer the highest customer lifetime value, see social customers with high follower counts, and monitor social feeds related to your brand. Use this data to engage customers on social media channels to greater your exposure and help sell more wine!
There are 3 main social dashboard tools:
Social Influencers have a higher number of followers than the average social customer in your contact database. With more followers, Social Influencers have the potential to give your brand more exposure. Use this data to start a conversation.
By clicking on the name or social profile picture for a Social Influencer you will be able to jump directly to that customer's contact record in your contact database in Vin65. Scroll down to the Statistics section of the customer's account to see which social media channels they belong to and the follower count for each.
Want to start a conversation with the customer? Just click their social account name or handle to link directly to their social media account and get the conversation started!
Find out which social media channels your customers are using the most and which channels generate the highest customer lifetime value. Use this data to focus your marketing and advertising campaigns to target social channels your customers are using.
The Social Keyword Feed allows you to review posts from various social media platforms right within your admin panel. Enter the keywords, handles, or hashtags that you would like your social feed to track. Use this social feed to keep an eye on your brand, competitors, and news in your area.
If you would like to add or remove the Social Influencers or Social Network Stats widgets to your dashboard go to Dashboard > Customize Dashboard to add, remove, and arrange the tools in your dashboard. Learn More >
Our social data engine pulls in publicly available social media information from the web.
No, only your customers with publicly available social media data will be displayed.
Customers displayed here have most highest potential for social media influence: they have an order history with your winery and have at least 10% more followers than the average customer with public social media data in your CRM. Customers with the most recent orders will be populated first. Use this data to start a conversation with customers on social media that are more likely to promote your brand via retweets, shares, etc. Everyone loves a good shout out!
The Networks Stats widget shows you which social media platforms have the highest number of users with public social media data in your CRM, as well as the platforms with the highest LTV. Use this data to refocus your marketing campaigns and advertising to the social channels that your best customers use most.
You can enter up to 5 words for monitoring. These can be a combination of keywords, handles and/or hashtags.
Initially the feed will include data from Twitter, with data from Facebook and Instagram following shortly.
