Beta Documentation: User Choice Improvements
Based on your feedback, we've improved the end consumer experience and simplified custom club setup, so you can drive more sales and save time. Create a Club
When creating a User Choice club, you'll have the option to select a Promo that will calculate prices in newly created or duplicate seasons. You'll need to finish Promo setup, and include the created club as part of the configuration in order for it to show as an option in the club.
Adding a Promo to User Choice Club
- Once your User Choice Club is created, Edit the club to find the Club Promo field. Select a promo to apply.
The Club Promo field will automatically display in previously created User Choice Clubs, but a promo must still be selected for it to apply on newly created or duplicate seasons. The Promo will not affect any past or current seasons.
User Choice Seasons
When club season comes into effect, it’s a great opportunity for devoted fans and passionate customers to stock up on your wine. Setting a club’s season will display a photo, product name, and the cost savings for all club options.
Giving your club members a clear picture of what they’re purchasing typically increases their order size, and makes them more confident in their club.
Adding a User Choice Season
Regardless of how you’ll be running your wine club, you’ll need to add the details of your season so customers know exactly what they’re getting.
- Under User Choice for a club, you can Edit, Add, or Duplicate a season depending on your needs.
- Edit the name of the season, min and max bottles per order, along with the teaser.
- Select the bottles to include in the season, along with the min, default, max quantity to order.
When products are added, club pricing is determined based on what percentage savings the Promo offers. Only one promo offer can be used in a season.
If a particularly popular bottle sells out, enabling Sold Out will show the bottle in the club, without allowing members to purchase it. Assigning default quantities will limit customers to purchasing up to that number.
Club Processing
The Package Setup tab now displays the products for shipping in a given season, along with calculated pricing. You can update the available products or pricing by clicking the pencil icon.
