Forms Report
The Forms report allows you to generate reports on custom form results generated using the Vin65 Form Builder. For more information on this Form Builder tool please see the Form Builder Documentation.
This report will allow you to generate a report on all responses received for a specific form between a specific date range. This report includes the Date the form was submitted as well as the personal information and/or question responses. The information in this report will vary depending on which form you are running the report on, as it displays only the fields for the form selected.
Search Parameters
| From Date-To Date | Date ranges you wish to have your report start and end from. |

| Form | The type of forms you like to see a report on. |
The report will export in .CSV format.
Depending on what type of form that is selected, the report columns and view will differ.
Forms that include Preset Fields (i.e. First Name, Last Name, etc) will only pull the current customer information from the contacts customer record. This does not record the specific customer information at the time of the form submission.
